Germany, 2025 - Temporary river drainage reservoir - Preventing water from infiltrating into the stream

As a result of hydrological changes, water was leaking into a nearby stream, disturbing its natural balance.

The aim of the project was to stop further water infiltration into the stream and create conditions that would allow its natural regeneration and restore a stable water level.

To achieve this, it was decided to seal the streambed with the EUROBENT Bio, which is designed for use in ecologically sensitive areas, such as protected zones including national parks and wetlands, as well as for covering landfills, protecting groundwater, and sealing ponds.
